• Any agreements made between au pairs and families are the sole responsibility of the involved parties.

• Users must communicate respectfully and adhere to local laws when hiring an au pair or accepting a placement.

4. Payments & Fees

• Au pairs can use the platform for free.

• Families must pay a small fee to access full profiles and initiate communication.

• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies, including fraudulent activity or inappropriate behavior.

6. Disclaimer of Liability
We do not guarantee successful matches. Users are responsible for conducting their due diligence before agreeing to any terms.

7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of changes.
